Intuitionistic Fuzzy (IF) Overlap Functions and IF-Rough Sets with Applications

Overlap function (which has symmetry and continuity) is widely used in image processing, data classification, multi-attribute decision making problems. In recent years, theoretical research on overlap been extended to interval valued lattice function, but intuitionistic fuzzy (IF-overlap function) not studied. this paper, the concept of IF-overlap proposed for first time, then generating method given. The representable defined, concrete examples unrepresentable functions are Moreover, a new class rough set (IF-roght set) model by using its residual implication, which extends IF-rough based triangular norm, basic properties upper lower approximate operators analyzed At same established applied MCDM (multi-criteria decision-making) problems, TOPSIS improved. Through comparative analysis some cases, proved be flexible effective.
